A government issued valid ID proof will required.

To ensure a secure and smooth check-in process, all guests—whether booking directly or through a third-party channel—must provide a security deposit upon arrival.

Credit/Debit Card: A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in for security pre-authorization.

Cash Alternative: If a valid credit or debit card cannot be provided, a $100 cash deposit is required. This cash deposit is fully refundable at check-out, subject to a successful room inspection and the settlement of any incidental charges.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Free Cancellation: Guest may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the standard check-in time. A full refund will be issued.

Late Cancellation (48 to 24 Hours): Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the check-in time will incur a penalty equivalent to 1 night's accommodation charge.

Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time, or failure to arrive (No-Show), will be charged the full amount of the total booking.

Children 4 Years and Under: Stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Standard Check-in Hours: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Arrival after 8:00 PM: If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, you must contact the property in advance to receive late check-in instructions.

Late Arrival Fee (After 9:30 PM): A $30 late check-in fee will apply to all guests arriving after 9:30 PM if no prior arrival arrangements have been made. This fee applies to all booking types, including same-day reservations.
